Mental Health
Behind every caregiver is someone quietly carrying more than meets the eye. You can help create space for caregivers and people with disabilities to access counselling, creative coping strategies, and specialized education to help prevent burn-out, build skills and connect with people who are facing similar challenges.
Every gift made to Mental Health Services is matched up to $15,000 thanks to our anonymous matching donor, and every $1,500 raised supports 10 sessions with our Mental Health Services team.
Employment

When you have a disability, a job is never just a job, it’s confidence, belonging, and a chance to dream bigger. With your support, people like Anna, a recent graduate of Vecova’s youth employment program, get access to work supports, mentoring, and the adaptive tools that make success possible.

Housing

A house becomes a home when dignity is a part of its foundation. You can help Vecova residents experience comfort through accessible housing upgrades like ramps, adapted washroom features and new experiences all around our city.

Many of the people who are supported by Vecova participate in multiple programs. People like Ethan, who first came for counselling, now thrives in employment programming and is continuing to reside in one of our homes while working to gain skills so he can live more independently.
