Registration occurs on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can register in person, by phone or online.
All registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration. Vecova accepts cash, debit, credit card or cheque. NSF cheques are subject to a $35.00 service charge. Prices do not include GST. Online registration can be done here.
Vecova strives to give 5-7 days prior to the start of a program, notice of cancellation. Full refunds will be given or the opportunity to transfer to another program (space permitting).
All program transfers are subject to availability and a transaction fee.
All withdrawals must be made a minimum of 7 days prior to the start of a program. Prior to 7 days a credit minus a transaction fee of $2.00 per program will be placed on your Vecova account for future use. Refund requests made prior to 7 days to program start date will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Refunds will not be given if cancelled within 7 days of program start date or after the program has started.
