Are you looking to get in shape and have fun? Join our super motivating Tabata program! Tabata is a very effective workout the uses 20 seconds of self paced high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of recovery repeated 8 times for a total of 4 minutes. Repeat all of this 6 times and get ready to burn some serious calories!
You’ll experience a fresh and exciting workout each week that begins with a full body warmup followed by 6 Tabata circuits, a cooldown, core strengthening, and flexibility to complete a very productive 45 minutes!
Modifications will be provided for all exercises so that you can choose the level that is most suitable for your current level of fitness. Tabata is a great combination of cardio, strength, and fun with other parents!
Children up to 24 months are welcome.
