You are invited to join Caroline for a gentle exercise program that uses the therapeutic benefits and natural resistance of the warm water to work on your flexibility and strength in a comfortable and supportive environment.
This program is meant for you if you are new to fitness, or are experiencing a chronic condition, would like to work on your strength and flexibility, and enjoy a gentle and social water experience. Equipment such as pool noodles might be used and are optional, and you will be in the shallow end of the pool. There are steps with a hand rail leading all the way into the pool or you can walk down the easy access ramp. It’s totally fine to wear a shower or swim cap to cover your hair, and water shoes are suggested for sensitive feet.
Aqua Mobility All Levels provides a gentle head to toe warmup and then introduces a variety of easy to follow gentle exercises. Modifications of exercises are provided to take special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. Do as much or as little as is comfortable for you that day.
