Where: Kananaskis Hall, YYC International Airport - Kananaskis Hall -YYC Airport by Door 3 or 4 on Departures Level
When: Thursday, June 18
Time: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
(Line-ups could start as early as 9:00am)
Parking Information
Free parking is available in P1 Short Term using code: VFREE2025
Be sure to book online before you arrive for easy access.
The code will become active 24 hours before the event, make sure to book before you arrive.
Parking must be booked for Thursday through the YYC parking portal: https://parkingres.yyc.com/CalgaryBooking/
Once your parking is booked, you will receive a QR code that can be scanned upon entry to P1 Short Term parking to open that gate.
To enter through the gates once at the entrance, you must scan the QR code in P1 Short term.
Scan to get in, and scan again to exit.
