EMPLOYMENT

For Youth

In partnership with the Government of Alberta, the RBC Foundation, and Rocky View School District, Vecova supports youth with disabilities and their families in navigating the transition to adulthood.

We provide youth facing employment barriers with work skills training and community-based work experience opportunities. Placements are selected based on each youth’s interests and the skills they wish to develop.

Together, we create personalized road maps for the future, working closely with the youth and their support network (family, guardians, teachers) to ensure their path aligns with their goals.
