- insights on how to adapt a business’ workspaces, culture and their HR policies/practices for people with a barrier to employment
- access to research and best practices for leveraging the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce
- education on disability awareness, cultural and sensitivity training
- an individualized approach to developing and implementing inclusive recruitment and selection strategies
- coordinating access to a broad talent pool of persons with barriers to employment.
HIGHLIGHT
Vecova’s Airport Baggage Cart Service
Vecova’s Airport Baggage Cart Service is an award winning business contract with the Calgary Airport Authority with a social purpose. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, more than 30 Vecova employees with a barrier to employment ensure that complementary baggage carts are strategically located to meet the demands of departing and arriving travellers at the Calgary International Airport.
