DEIA – Unmasking Bias, Creating Inclusion

A practical, 30-minute course to help teams build belonging, and reduce the impact of unconscious bias. You will learn how to:

  • define what inclusion looks like in day-to-day work
  • recognize how unconscious bias shows up—and why it matters
  • use simple strategies to create a more welcoming workplace

You will also go beyond DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) to include accessibility, learning practical ways to reduce barriers so everyone can participate fully. By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • respond clearly to biased or offensive comments
  • identify and interrupt bias in the moment
  • practice small, everyday acts of inclusion

DEIA – Leading a Culture of Inclusion

A 60-minute course for people leaders who want to strengthen belonging, reduce barriers, and build more inclusive teams. You will learn:

  • what inclusive leaders do and the impact they create
  • how to identify unconscious bias and its effect on employees
  • how to build belonging through everyday conversations and decisions

You will also learn how to improve accessibility, reducing barriers and bias across the employee lifecycle. By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • apply inclusive practices in your day-to-day leadership
  • recognize the traits and behaviours of inclusive leaders
  • respond confidently to bias and barriers to inclusion
