Creative Coping Skills
Creative Coping Group is an 8-week in-person group offered to consumers with PDD funding. This art-therapy-based group invites participants to learn about themselves and connect to their emotions using various art materials and activities. Participants are encouraged to express themselves through various art forms and are invited to share their experiences and feelings with the group. The group also includes lessons on the importance of self-care. We guide participants through various coping skills to help them connect the importance of understanding our emotions and knowing how to manage them when they get too loud.
