How it Works

We offer a simple and efficient experience for our Calgary and area businesses and residential clients in just four steps!

SIGN UP:

Create a free account here and we’ll add you to our pick-up schedule.

 

COLLECT:

Start collecting your recyclable bottles. We’ll drop off your pick-up supplies (a Bag Buddy stand and Vecova bags) within a week so you can start collecting right away.

PICK-UPS:

We save you a trip! On scheduled pick-up days, we’ll come by and grab your bottles – and drop off any replacement supplies, as needed.

DONATE:

We’ll send you an annual tax receipt for your cumulative donations – but your contribution will make a huge impact throughout the year!

Residential Pick-Ups: Reminders

Residential pick-ups are scheduled every 10 weeks. We can email, text or telephone reminders to help you remember to put your empties out.

On scheduled pick-up days, leave your recycling out by 8:00 a.m.. We’ll come by that day and pick-up your bottles. We’ll also provide you with replacement bags. The next day, you get an email of your donation summary.

The value of your donation is estimated by our drivers, who will credit you appropriately per Vecova bag. We work to keep our estimates within 5% of the bottle depot refund.

Our text assistant will automatically respond to the keywords: SKIP, CANCEL, INSTRUCTIONS, UNSKIP, NEXT PICKUP, SCHEDULE, OPT OUT.
