NOTE: Modifications of exercises are provided to take special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. Do as much or as little as is comfortable for you that day.

This class welcomes you to relax and wind down through gentle-paced, mindful movement experienced close to the ground. Chairs are available to support your transition to and from the floor. Gently and slowly move through sequenced groups of shapes and poses followed by resting time in deep and relaxing stretches. Yoga props enhance your practice by helping you creatively support the body in the different shapes and poses. You might even drift off into a nice deep nap in this class, and that’s okay! Do as much or as little as you like, we just want to see you there!Breath work, meditation, slow & mindful movement, and final relaxation are incorporated into each class. No experience necessary. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat. All other equipment will be provided.


Join us for a slow-paced, gentle effort class, focused on mobility, stability and range of motion. Part of the practice will be done seated in a chair and a portion done standing, using both the chair and the wall for support. Care, attention and options will be offered to ensure that you safely and creatively experience the benefits of each seated or standing pose. In case you’re wondering…we won’t be doing any poses down on the floor in this class! Do as much or as little as you want, we just want to see you here with us!Breath work, meditation, slow & mindful movement, and final relaxation are incorporated into each class. No experience necessary. A yoga mat is strongly recommended, and indoor shoes can be worn for stability in standing poses if needed. All other equipment is provided.


Join us for a slow-paced, gentle effort class, focused on mobility, stability and range of motion. Time will be taken to mindfully move into, be in and exit each pose. Part of the practice will be done seated in a chair and a portion done standing, using both the chair and the wall for support. A yoga mat and yoga props will be used to gently access different parts of the body.

A yoga mat is strongly recommended, and indoor shoes should be worn for stability in standing poses. All other equipment is provided.


This gentle yoga/movement program is for all bodies and abilities! The moves will start standing and moving on the spot and in space to work on joint mobility and balance. The second part of the class can be done from a chair or on the floor, depending on needs. No experience or mat needed; indoor shoes required.
