Total Body Challenge

From Bootcamp and HIIT to Tabata, each 45-minute class includes a comprehensive warm-up, invigorating cardiovascular exercises, muscle conditioning, core strengthening, and flexibility work.

NOTE: Modifications of exercises are provided to take special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. Do as much or as little as is comfortable for you that day.

Registration Guidelines
Registration occurs on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can register in person, by phone or online. All registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.
