Swim For Life Lessons – Swim Patrol Levels
Perfect for swimmers aged 8 to 16 who are eager to take their skills to the next level, the Rookie and Ranger levels challenge participants to build stronger swim strokes, master lifesaving sport skills, and learn essential first aid techniques. This program is an exciting introduction to lifesaving and water safety, providing a great foundation for those interested in a future Lifeguarding career or simply becoming stronger, more capable swimmers.
Throughout the program, participants will take on difficult fitness challenges, improve swimming endurance, and practice key rescue skills like towing, retrievals, and water safety scenarios. Whether your swimmer is focused on boosting their stroke technique or interested in learning lifesaving basics, the Swim Patrol program offers a rewarding and action-packed experience.
Please Note: While we do not offer the Star or Bronze Medal courses due to facility limitations, our Rookie and Ranger levels are a fantastic gateway to more advanced lifesaving skills.
Prerequisites for Rookie and Ranger apply, ensuring participants are well-prepared for the challenges of each level. Please ensure your swimmer meets all prerequisites prior to registration.
