Adapted Strength & Conditioning

NOTE: Modifications of exercises are provided to take special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. Do as much or as little as is comfortable for you that day.

Program Highlights:

  • A dedicated weekly time slot to focus on improving overall wellness and health.  
  • Orientation provided for safe use machines and equipment.  
  • Assistance in creating simple fitness routines.  
  • An enjoyable, social environment with music.  
  • Participants will be provided a log book, collect motivational stickers and have a record of their goals and /or accomplishments.  
  • A fun and interactive warm up and cool down led by our program leader.  

*Participants must come with a support worker*
