FUNdamental Movement
Welcome to FUNdamental Movement – an inclusive journey through the building blocks of movement, sport and play!
This multi-sport program is designed for kids of all abilities and experience levels. Rather than focusing on one specific sport, FUNdamental Movement will introduce participants to a wide range of movement skills that form the foundations for all physical activity and sport.
The program aims to provide participants with the opportunity to build confidence and ability in key physical skills such as throwing, catching, passing, kicking, balance, body control/coordination, and cooperation through fun, engaging, and game-based activities.
With a focus on exploration, skill building, and inclusive play, participants will experience a variety of sport and movement related games that help them discover what their bodies can do – and how movement can be fun, empowering, and accessible to everyone.
**This program runs out of the main gym at Western Canada High School, 641 17 Ave SW Calgary.
Note: This program does not provide one-to-one support. If the participant requires one-to-one support at school or other recreational programs, they will require that same support within this program.

Registration is open.
