Each class introduces you to ballet basics at a lively pace, with movements first practiced and then paired with music to boost your confidence and groove.
Our progressive program guides you through engaging muscle techniques, enhances foot and toe mobility, and develops your balance and coordination. You’ll learn to move with grace, master ballet terminology, and piece together simple yet stunning choreography. Enjoy the support of a chair for breaks between energetic sessions and let the rhythm and grace of ballet invigorate your fitness routine.

NOTE: Modifications of exercises are provided to take special consideration of any injuries and limitations you may have. Do as much or as little as is comfortable for you that day.

Registration Guidelines
Registration occurs on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can register in person, by phone or online. All registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.
