Vecova provides inclusive mental health services in Calgary for adults and youth with disabilities, their families, and support networks. Our services are delivered by registered psychologists, registered provisional psychologists, mental health counsellors, and an art therapist, offering evidence-based and trauma-informed care.

Through our Mental Health Clinic and group programs, we provide individual counselling, group counselling, behavioural planning, caregiver support, and arts-based therapy. Our clinicians are trained in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Family Systems Therapy.

We support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation challenges, relationship and family concerns, stress, and other mental health needs. Vecova works collaboratively with individuals, caregivers, and community partners to ensure mental health services are accessible, inclusive, and responsive to each person’s unique goals and circumstances.
