Vecova offers a range of housing models that respond to individual needs, including independent living, home sharing, and cluster or group housing. Our programs prioritize safety, accessibility, community participation, and long-term stability for people with disabilities.

Cluster Housing
Multiple individuals live in close proximity to one another, forming a distinct community with shared support. Homes can be part of a campus or scattered in the community, and include 24/7 assistance and opportunities for social and recreational engagement.

Group Living
Individuals live together with trained caregivers who provide familiar, consistent support. This model enhances stability, promotes social networks, and gives caregivers a needed respite while maintaining a home-like environment.

Home Sharing
One or two individuals share a home with a family or individual who provides support and fosters community participation. Residents gain choice, social connection, and access to evening and overnight support.

Independent Living
Residents live in their own home, alone or with roommates, with flexible housing support services. This model supports independence, life skills development, financial stability, and quality of life.

Respite (In-home and Out-of-home)
Short-term, temporary housing support is available when regular services are unavailable. Respite ensures continuity of care, supports caregivers, and allows individuals to maintain familiarity and stability while participating in community activities.

Our programs include: household management, personal care, community-based support, and home health services, ensuring each individual receives the right level of assistance to thrive in their home and community.

Household Management
Partial or full assistance with managing a home, including budgeting, paying bills, shopping, meal planning, and housekeeping.

Personal Care
Support with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, eating, medication, and mobility challenges to maintain health, independence, and quality of life.

Community-Based Support
Assistance with learning life skills, accessing community services, transportation, and participating in social and leisure activities to foster independence and engagement.

Home Health
Specialized support for adults with complex medical, behavioural, or mental health needs, including dementia, psychiatric care, or mobility challenges.
