Disability Employment Services
Vecova’s employment services support people with disabilities and those facing barriers to finding and maintaining meaningful work. Programs include job search training, résumé and interview preparation, workplace readiness, and one-on-one employment support. Vecova also works with employers to foster inclusive workplaces and sustainable employment outcomes.
Includes: employment support for newcomer immigrants, individualized employment planning, employer engagement, and ongoing job coaching.

Housing Support Services
Vecova’s housing support services help people access and maintain safe, stable, and appropriate housing. Programs are designed to support independence, safety, and community participation while responding to individual needs and life circumstances.
Includes: housing navigation, tenancy support, individualized housing models, and long-term housing stability supports.

Mental Health Services
Vecova’s Mental Health Clinic provides accessible mental health support for individuals seeking counselling and therapeutic services. Our clinicians offer a range of evidence-informed approaches tailored to individual goals, needs, and lived experience.
Includes: individual counselling, diverse therapeutic modalities, and mental health support focused on well-being, resilience, and personal growth.

Training Services
Vecova offers professional training and eLearning programs available across Canada. Courses are developed by subject matter experts and focus on leadership development, workplace skills, intercultural competence, medication administration, and specialized health training.

Wayfinder (Community Access & Inclusion)
Wayfinder is a community-based program that supports people with disabilities to explore interests, build social connections, and participate in meaningful activities. The program focuses on self-determination, community engagement, and relationship-building through personalized planning and real-world experiences.
Includes: leisure and recreational activities, civic engagement, educational interests, community participation, and support network development.
