This event is all about building practical skills and creating meaningful connections. Whether you’re just starting your job search or looking to improve your approach, the Job Readiness Fair offers a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and grow your confidence. This is a hands-on event designed to support newcomers and immigrants to Canada as they build confidence, strengthen job search skills, and take the next steps toward meaningful employment.

What to Expect
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Strengthen their resumes with guidance on formatting, content, and how to stand out to employers
- Gain practical interview tips, including how to prepare, answer common questions, and present your strengths
- Connect with local service providers who offer employment programs, training opportunities, and ongoing supports
