This is a condition, also known as Trisomy 21, wherein extra genetic material affects cognitive and physical development. This presentation explores some of the medical concerns, and cognitive and functional issues involved in the syndrome and strategies for working with clients with this diagnosis.

Community Disability Service Providers and associated stakeholders are invited to learn more about specific disabilities and associated issues.
