Facility Guidelines

Community Understanding

To provide more families with the opportunity to enroll in swimming lessons, Vecova occasionally consolidates multiple sessions into a single registration day. We appreciate the community’s help in creating more chances for others to learn to swim. By combining Registration Day’s, we aim to offer greater accessibility and convenience for more participants.

We encourage families to register for the session that best fits their needs. If parents or caregivers successfully register for more than one session, they will have one week after the Registration Day to contact Vecova and withdraw from any additional courses, while retaining their spot in the preferred class.

If no contact is made within that week, Vecova will reach out to confirm the preferred session and request withdrawal from the other.
*Please note that if Vecova contacts you for this purpose, you will be subject to our withdrawal policy, which includes applicable fees

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us accommodate as many community members as possible.

To protect guests’ privacy, cell phones, cameras and other forms of communication devices are not permitted in change rooms. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of recreation privileges. Please remember to act respectfully at all times and adhere to the posted rules and regulations, including wearing appropriate attire and footwear at all times. Abusive behavior and language will not be tolerated and may result in the suspension of recreation privileges.
