Vecova

Adult Fitness and Wellness

In the water or on land, whether you are recovering from surgery or simply wanting to stay in shape Vecova has a fitness class to suit your needs.

Use an aquatic class in our warm water pool to alleviate stress on joints, relieve pain and facilitate movement. Water provides a safe environment to increase your range of motion (and fitness) without the fear of injury due to falling.

For new moms, let our warm water keep baby comfortable and safe floating in a boat, while you get a workout. Or try a land-based mom and tot class!

Water Fitness

Water fitness is ideal for people who want the benefits from exercise with no impact on their joints. Water exercise is very beneficial for pre and post-surgery of the hips, knees, spine and more. The benefits are endless.
