Use an aquatic class in our warm water pool to alleviate stress on joints, relieve pain and facilitate movement. Water provides a safe environment to increase your range of motion (and fitness) without the fear of injury due to falling.
For new moms, let our warm water keep baby comfortable and safe floating in a boat, while you get a workout. Or try a land-based mom and tot class!
Dryland fitness classes include: cardio and core, yoga, barre, Pilates, gentle and restorative fitness, line dancing, step and stretch, total body workout and urban poling.
Aquatic fitness options include: swim lessons, lane swimming, aqua fitness, aqua mobility, deep water workout, prenatal deep water workout.
Parent and child classes for moms/dads and their babies, toddlers, and youth include: parent and baby tabata, aquacize, zumba, toddlercize and stroller bootcamp; parent and youth (12 years +) yoga.
