We provide access to a range of housing models that respond to the changing needs and varying degrees of support needed.
Multiple individuals (four or more) in close proximity to one another and form a distinct community. This housing support model can be located either as a part of a campus development (three or more houses in a single site location) or in a cluster of houses within a community. Homes can range in size and be either publicly or privately owned/leased.

One to two individuals share a home with a family or an individual who also provides individual support. This model is a deliberate coming together of individuals committed to sharing their lives with one another. Homes can range in size and are privately owned/rented.

Individuals live in their own home (privately rented/owned) alone or with a roommate, partner or family member. Housing support services are separate from housing model.

Short-term and temporary housing support services for individuals whose regular housing support services are temporarily unable to provide support. These services can be provided in or out of the individual’s home and are separate from the housing model.

We provide household management services (partial or full) in all aspects of managing a home. These services include, but are not limited to, assistance with:
budgeting and managing funds
paying bills, shopping and making purchases
meal planning and preparation
housekeeping and laundry
We provide management of personal care (partial or full) in all aspects of daily living. These services include, but are not limited to, assistance with:
personal hygiene e.g. bathing, dressing and grooming
eating and monitoring of food intake and therapeutic diets
medication administration and health care
mobility challenges
We provide community-based support services (partial or full) in all aspects of community living. These services include, but are not limited to, assistance with:
learning or practicing life skills e.g. decision-making, problem solving, interpersonal relationships
identifying and accessing community-based services e.g. stores, banks, transportation
participation in community living activities e.g. social and leisure activities
scheduling and attending appointments e.g. medical appointments
We provide home health services (partial or full) to persons with complex needs (adults with disabilities and significant medical, behaviour or mental health needs). These services include, but are not limited to, assistance with:
management of a range of medical, health or mobility challenges
management of cognitive or physiological changes associated with aging i.e. dementia
management of mental health disorders and specialized treatment for psychiatric and/or behavioural issues
