Think then Drink: Knowing When Enough is Enough is a plain language workshop for youth with disabilities. Think then Drink gives youth the information and tools needed to make safe choices about drinking alcohol. This 5-module workshop covers such topics as: an introduction to alcohol; peer pressure, coping and refusing skills; safety and risk; and the social impact of alcohol. Think then Drink can be used with a group or individually with a few simple changes.
An important part of this workshop is the Think then Drink statements where youth can creatively share what they learned.
Everything you need to run this workshop is on this website. This includes workshop material, a facilitator’s guide and other external resources to help you create the best workshop for your group or individual.
