WITHDRAWALS: Withdrawals made up to 7 days prior to the program start date will be subject to a $15.00 withdrawal fee (for each program withdrawal). The balance may be refunded by cheque or placed on the person's Vecova account for future use.
No refund will be issued for withdrawals made within the 7 days prior to the program start date. In this case, a credit (minus the $15.00 withdrawal fee) will be place on the person's Vecova account for future use.
No refund or credit will be issued for withdrawals made once a program has started, unless the withdrawal is due to medical circumstances (and is accompanied by a doctor's note).
MEDICAL CIRCUMSTANCES: No penalty will be incurred for withdrawals made for medical reasons.
For withdrawals made after the program start date, a credit will be issued to the person's account. The credit will be prorated from the time Vecova is notified of the withdrawal.
Refunds or credits will be issued once a doctor's note is received. In all cases, the doctor's note must be received within 2 weeks following withdrawal notification.
TRANSFERS TO OTHER PROGRAMS: All program transfers are subject to space availability and can be made without penalty up to 7 days prior to the program start date.
Transfers made within the 7 days prior to the program start date are subject to a $15.00 penalty (for each program transfer).
PLEASE NOTE: Level 5 and 6 fees are incorrect in the program guide. The correct fees should be $63.00 for 7 classes and $72.00 for 8 classes.
PLEASE NOTE: Beginning Friday, September 16 the time for the Public Swim on Friday evening is incorrect. The correct time should be 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
